INUP HOME pursues an integrated Quality & Sustainability Policy focused on stakeholders, their needs,
and expectations, based on the following pillars:

 

Focus on Quality:

  • Ensure a level of excellence in product quality and service to customers, meeting their needs and expectations.
  • To present differentiating products with high added value
  • Align processes and products with sustainability and innovation.
  • Investing in more technological processes and their optimization.
  • Fostering value chain partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors.

 

Focus on Sustainability:

  • To be committed to sustainable development, in this environmental, economic and social aspects.
  • To enhance environmental sustainability, using resources rationally, minimizing environmental impacts.
  • Systematically optimize operational processes, using more efficient and better performing technologies.
  • Establish partnerships with subcontractors providing mutual and sustainable benefit in products/processes.

 

Focus on the environment:

  • Creating conditions in the workplace that support environmental protection, encouraging the application of these environmental policies, and reducing energy consumption.
  • Innovation in production processes. Constant search for initiatives and improvements in the production process, with the aim of improving environmental performance.
  • Doing more with less, reducing waste and keeping the focus on what really turns into value for the environment and for customers.
  • Making all employees aware of environmental responsibilities and practices.
  • Promoting a responsible personal and corporate attitude towards the environment.

 

Focus on Social Responsibility:

  • To promote an organizational culture, based on communication, responsibility, knowledge, sharing and involvement of employees, as well as their commitment to the goals of the organization.
  • Comply with the principles of the International Labor Organization, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the principles of the Unites Nations.
  • Provide good conditions at the level of health and safety at work.
  • Provide PPE (namely masks) to all employees.
  • Comply with code of ethics and conduct.

 

Stakeholder Focus:

  • To promote the continuous improvement of the Management System, in an integrates perspective of satisfying the different stakeholders.
  • Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the product/service, as well as to INUP’s activity.

 

The Policy is duly communicated to interested parties posting and disclosure on the Management Platform as well as on INUP’s website.
